Island Style is not always hiring, but we always take applications for future positions. If you have a retail background, are 18 or over, are good with people, are a beach life style kind of person come in and fill out an application. When we need someone we go to our applications so stop in and fill one out. Applications are kept for one year so if you don’t hear from us after a year put in a new one if your still interested. We hire, as we need people in sales and management positions. Past surf shop management is required for any management position.
